| Methods of Payment |
I accept payments through cash and e-transfer. Payment is due at the end of each session.

| Insurance Coverage |
Most extended health benefits cover Registered Clinical Counsellors or Registered Social Workers. You will receive an emailed receipt upon payment that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your coverage options.

| FNHA Mental Health Provider (First Nations Health Authority) |
I am a Mental Health Provider with FNHA and can provide individual or couples counselling through this program. You can begin working with me by booking a free phone consult, to make sure I am a good fit for you.
I am a White settler of British ancestry. I work towards cultural competence in my personal and professional life, and I have experience working with Indigenous individuals, families and communities.

| Cancellation Policy |
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients in need of support.
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or a missed appointment, the full session fee will be charged. I recognize that emergencies happen, and will take individual circumstances into account when considering exceptions to this policy.
